Sun rises at about 6:55am at Changi Boardwalk. East coast does not face east directly and so does Changi Boardwalk. Sun actually rises at the side. Along the coast of Changi Boardwalk, there are shelters that extend out of the shore into the waters, which allow you to take pictures of sunrise.

These pictures were taken with Fujifilm XE-1 and Fujinon wide angle lens 10-24mm and presented here straight from camera without any edits.
